If you’re a baseball fan like myself and Katie from Playing with Words 365, you’re enjoying this postseason. Two Wild Card teams playing for “all the marbles” in this year’s Fall Classic, the World Series.
Now, I’m an Army Brat with parents from OH/KY but have spent most of my life in Missouri and most of that time in Missouri in Kansas City where I attended High School and worked for a few years as an SLP. In my ENTIRE LIFE the Royals have not been in the playoffs. This year, not only did they make the playoffs, they went 8-0 to make it to the World Series and I couldn’t be more proud of my team and city! Let’s face it, the Royals DESERVE to win the World Series!
