I will be having 2 meetings with THAT Parent tomorrow and Tuesday. This was perfectly written, and I could not agree more. Data, confidence, and understanding will get you everywhere with any family, and this is a great reminder. And it is absolutely okay to cry.

Working in home care, as a CF, I have already experienced a couple of THOSE PARENTS. I take it all in strides and accept it as a learning opportunity. Claiming I am too hard to get a hold of. After working in the schools for 18 years, it still bothers me when I get a complaint. It is hard not to take it personally.
