Just cut the fun noodle to the length you want and cut a small slit through half of it.. I saw it on pinterest, not sure where though!!

Hope this helps! I LOVE your blog!

I’m going to get the blue set (actions) ASAP! My kids are obsessed with them! Enjoy!

I have a lot of kids with storytelling goals, and getting the spontaneous sentence / conversation responses for artic is difficult with my quieter students. My mind is spinning with the possibilities– I can’t wait to try them out!

It works best if you use 5 large paperclips and glue all the bottoms of each one nearly on top of one another so they form the shape of a fan. You can even do this on tongue depressors 🙂 Cheap and easy!

Its hard to describe though. It was just a long block of wood (maybe 6-8 inches long and 3 inches wide) with a long slit across the top (long-wise). I think he did this with a router?? but not sure–I don’t know much about tools. It sat on the table, they didn’t have to hold it & The slit was just deep enough the kids could line up their cards across it so they could see them all. Like I said, hard to describe…. hope it made a little sense

Here are two that I quickly found, but have not yet tried. Using old CDs: http://www.craftbits.com/project/playing-card-holder Using old plastic lids (of course I just threw a BUNCH of these out!): http://www.instructables.com/id/Easy-to-Make-Playing-Card-Holder-for-Little-Hands/
